By accessing and using the AV Pool Pros website (avpoolpro.com) and our pool services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

AV Pool Pros provides professional pool maintenance, repair, remodeling, and related services in the Antelope Valley area, including Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Rosamond, Acton, Littlerock, Lake Los Angeles, and Leona Valley. All services are performed by licensed professionals (CSLB License #1068067).

Service Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided by AV Pool Pros are based on visual inspection and information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment areas
  • Secure pets during scheduled service visits
  • Notify AV Pool Pros of any known hazards or conditions that may affect service
  • Ensure timely payment for services rendered

Warranty & Liability

AV Pool Pros warrants its workmanship for a period as specified at the time of service. We are fully bonded and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by third parties.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on the AV Pool Pros website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of AV Pool Pros and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
